Morpace Promotes Duncan Lawrence and Sharna Morelli to Top Executive Positions

LawrenceFARMINGTON HILLS, MI (February 26, 2015) – Market research and consulting leader Morpace Inc. announces the promotion of Duncan Lawrence to CEO and President, and Sharna Morelli to COO and Executive Vice President, effective immediately. The promotions were announced by Morpace Chairman Frank Ward and Vice Chairman Valerie Utley.

Lawrence has provided innovative leadership to Morpace clients and staff since he joined the company as Senior Vice President of Automotive in 1994. A member of the Morpace Executive Committee since 1998, Lawrence was first promoted to Executive Vice President where he assumed additional sales and marketing responsibilities. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in the success and growth of the company and as a result he was promoted to COO and President in 2011.

Morelli joined Morpace Data Operations in 1994, where she spearheaded progressive improvements in data operations and information technology which lead to her promotion to Vice President in 2003.  Morpace also successfully achieved ISO 9001 Certification in 2001 under Morelli’s direction. Morelli became a member of the Executive Committee in 2006 and took over all project supporting operations when she was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2011.
