Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain the marketing image, brand, and profile with a focus on benefits of working with Morpace
  • Manage the tone and content of external communications (including website, social media, and email campaigns)
  • Drive the positioning, naming and marketing materials and launch strategy for new product development
  • Identify and facilitate coordination of brand / expertise building opportunities (including speaking engagements, webinars, publication opportunities, and trade conference presence)
  • Effectively assess and realign overall marketing strategies as needed
  • Develop and drive marketing strategies for specialized disciplines / verticals
  • Work as a partner with industry group leaders to understand short and long-term goals and creates strategic plan to assist with meeting these goals
  • Serve as a “coach”, providing the appropriate level of involvement while enabling team leaders to take charge of their work
  • Lead activities to develop new service offerings and develop “roll out” strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that will increase revenue
  • Help connect activities to broader firm objectives
  • Effectively allocate available marketing budget and resources
  • Identify and supervise external resources to augment work

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years marketing experience necessary, ideally with a professional services firm
  • An understanding of the marketing research industry desirable
  • Experience with and understanding of the sales process

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manager of staff and external resources

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
  • CRM experience
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is desired
  • Understands and has used Social Media channels
  • A good working knowledge of digital media content, SEO, and website architecture

Location: This position is based out of our Farmington Hills, MI office.
