Morpace Inc. has been recognized by the Detroit Free Press as a Top Workplace for the second year in a row in metropolitan Detroit.

Since its inception, the culture at Morpace has been inclusive and “family like” even as the company has more than doubled in size and opened an office in Shanghai, China, since 2009. Approximately 250 full-time employees work for Morpace globally, the majority of which live and work in Southeastern Michigan near its Farmington Hills-based corporate headquarters. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured to identify the top-performing companies, including values & ethics, communication, training opportunities, and motivation.
